Cardinal Flowers love wet soil but not to be planted down under the water so elevate your pots if they are more than an inch below the waterline. Tubular ered flowers on green toothed leaves. 2-3" in sunny areas, most of the height is the flower stocks. They are not as good in shady cool areas.
